About The Festival

Schilling Beer Co. presents The Ammonoosuc Oktoberfest on the edge of beautiful downtown Littleton, NH, annually rated as one of the best small towns in America. This unique festival offers one-of-a-kind celebration which fuses Bavarian traditions with a modern twist and 16 of the finest craft breweries in the U.S.

True to Oktoberfest tradition, The Ammonoosuc Oktoberfest offers a spirited beer tent featuring full pours from select  breweries and cideries, live music, lawn games and exciting surprises located across the Ammonoosuc River from the grist mill housing Schilling, accessible via covered footbridge. Guests will be treated to fresh grilled wurst and delicious Bavarian-inspired foods from Northern New England’s best purveyors. Children are welcome at the daytime celebration, which offers activities for the whole family. After dark, the bands on the music stage kick it up a notch and everyone will be singing “Ein Prosit” around the firepit before the night is out!

All of these activities will take place against the backdrop of Littleton’s art festival weekend.

There are a few local options for taxi service. Transport if needed: there is limited taxi service in town, but Dave’s Taxi has a car, plus a shuttle and party bus if anyone wants to do ride sharing. They recommend advanced reservations for the buses.

For smaller groups of up to 6 people they can have their regular van available. The charge of the smaller van would be $50 for up to 2 people or $20 dollars per person for groups of 3 to 6 people.  They will also make their Mercedes Party Bus available for larger groups. The charge for the Party Bus will start at $120 for groups of 1 to 6 people and $20 for each additional person.

Due to the expectation of high call volumes for their services they do recommend patron reserve their trip times in advance, however they will do their best to accommodate everyone without reservations as well on a first come first serve basis.

Advance reservations can be made by calling Lindsay at (603)348-5834.

Garey's Taxi is also an option- (603) 991-4546
